The CodeCore Developer Bootcamp teaches not just the fundamentals of coding and programming languages, but also offers real-world training in software architecture and development methodologies and processes.
Graduates come away with the tools and understanding to build and deploy solid web applications with high levels of skill in Javascript and a grounding in Rails. Graduates will learn full-stack development and have the option to specialize in back-end or front-end development if they prefer to.
Graduates are able to join technology companies or development shops and be effective on day one.
CodeCore Developer Bootcamp was reviewed and approved by the Registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training
To meet the English requirements for the program, applicants must have studied at least 2 years of full-time high school or post-secondary where the language of instruction was in English either in Canada or from a country on CodeCore's approved list of English speaking countries; or English requirements can also be met with an overall IELTS Band Score of 6 with one band 5.5.
Successful Completion of CodeCore Fundamentals' gives students the best chance of success and is strongly recommended.
Students who do not take CodeCore Fundamentals can challenge the Fundamentals final exam to gain entrance. Applicants must score 80% or more on written tests in order to be accepted into the program.
